Speaker: Dirk Cassiers Dirk Cassiers, Founder of Energy by Movement, started practicing Tai Chi in early 2000 and has been teaching for the last 4 years. Dirk decided to combine both IT and Tai Chi to build an online Tai Chi training platform.
In this workshop: The slow-paced workout session incorporated with deep breathing works as a meditation session. Over time, Tai Chi has proven to help reduce depression and anxiety. Practicing Tai Chi regularly also helps better overall moods and mental health.
In this session, Dirk will explain different, easy relaxation techniques intended explicitly for busy business people. They can use these techniques at any time and place in the world.
